The world of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure features a bountiful variety of Stands; some of which are far more powerful than others. Others have unique abilities, others with more simple ones. Certain Stands, however, possess powers that may be far too powerful. As such, some are restricted in their use or banned from use entirely.
Banned Stand Abilities:
Time Stop Complete Invisibility Total Paralysis Opponent Manipulation Luck Manipulation Blood Manipulation Instant Kill Techniques/Abilities
Restricted Stand Abilities (be it in use or otherwise):
Matter Manipulation Teleportation Invincibility
The creation of a Stand via character creation, as stated in the General Mechanics, will go off of stats and a statistical average. To have a Stand approved, it must have an average of 3. You have 18 points to create your Stand and distribute points with. Each stat will cost a certain amount, as follows:
A Rank: 5 points B Rank: 4 points C Rank: 3 points D Rank: 2 points E Rank: 1 point
As the series stated, nothing can affect Stands besides other Stands. The Stand will die if the User does, as well.
Revealing the Stand will not cost a posting turn, albeit activating their Stand Ability will.

- E Rank: Less than 1 meter (~3 ft)
Durability (at best):
- A Rank: Practically Steel

- C Rank: Standard Accuracy (excluding against a Stand w/ C Rank Speed or greater)
- D Rank: Likely Near-Sighted

- B Rank: Decent amount to Learn/Improve
- C Rank: Could be more to Discover/Improve

Being struck with the Arrow a second time when you already possess a Stand will result in a circumstantial transformation. Any Stand User will then bear a Requiem Stand. Requiem Stands get upgraded stats based on the Stand's Development Potential. Each rank in Development Potential will bestow 3 extra points to allocate to your Stand; yet the price will be that Development Potential will be set to Rank E. The same rules apply when allocating new stats to a Stand as they do when creating one. Along with this, the Stand-gone-Requiem will obtain a new Stand Ability based on what the User desires the most at that time. This ability will likely be carried out with utmost flamboyancy and with an eccentric flair (by principle). Current Arrow Holder: Sir Alyssia Von Stroopwafel
