The potency of Stand and Hamon power will rely on Willpower. The less Willpower one has, the less able they'll be in controlling their Stand or keeping hold of their Hamon power(s). The more Willpower one has, the more powerful their abilities will be overall.
Stands will function off statistical scores, as the series did: "A" being the best and "E" being the worst The scores will be determined in order by numbers for further assessment. "A" equates to 6, and "E" equates to 1. The average must equate to "C" to make the Stand balanced. The average must be above 2 and below 4, at least. Overpowered Stands will not be permitted.
Activation of Stand Abilities (if they go beyond Super Strength, Super Speed, etc.) will cost a posting turn and can be interrupted if the User is struck with enough force.
Stand actions, excluding Stand Abilities, will be flavor for combat encounters, be it with other players or NPCs.
